How do I exchange my empty CO2 cylinders?
You can exchange your empty cylinders through our online exchange program or at any authorized retail partner. Simply order your refill online, and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send your empties back to us.
What is the difference between the Quick Connect and Screw-in cylinders?
The Quick Connect Cylinder features our patent-pending technology for easy, 'one-click' insertion, compatible with our newer machine models like the Terra and Art. The classic Screw-in system is used for our legacy machines.
Are SodaStream carbonating bottles dishwasher safe?
It depends on the specific bottle. Our 'Dishwasher Safe' marked bottles can be cleaned in the machine, while others must be hand-washed with lukewarm water and mild soap to maintain their structural integrity.
What is your return policy for Sparkling Water Makers?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the machine in its original packaging for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
How long does shipping take for gas refills?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that because CO2 cylinders contain compressed gas, they must be shipped via ground transportation according to safety regulations.
Do I need electricity to run my SodaStream?
Most of our models, including the Terra, Art, and Gaia, are powered manually by the CO2 cylinder and do not require electricity. Only our electric models, like the One Touch, require a power outlet.
